One of the most popular brands when it comes to electronics, iPhone, seems to be suffering a setback because of the sudden slump in it’s demand. It is for this reason that Apple cut down the prices of iPhone XR and XS. And now, according to analysts, Apple might cut down the production of iPhone XS Max, it’s most expensive smartphone so far.
Apple might have to cut down the production of iPhone XS Max by 48% in the fiscal second quarter, which is January to March 2019.
According to a report by Citi Research, the company is expected to make 45 million iPhones for the quarter, instead of 50 million. The cut down was basically due to the low expectations that hang on the sales of the iPhone XS Max. The production of all the three models of iPhone launched in September might be cut down.
