On Monday, Honor, the Chinese company launched it’s new wearable smart band, the Honor Band 4, the successor of the Band 3, priced reasonably at Rs 2,599. The Band has already started selling commercially and is available on Amazon. Check out the Band 4 here.
It comes with a 0.95 inch AMOLED colour 2.5D curved glass touchscreen display, in addition to the home button located at the bottom end of the device. It also has continuous heart rate tracker which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts. It is also water resistant up to 50 meters. It comes with the exclusive Huawei TruSleep 2.0, which uses Cardiopulmonary coupled dynamics spectrum(CPC) to monitor and analyse the complete sleep patterns and provides personalized sleep recommendations.
The company also offers the Band 4 Running Edition, which comes with a smaller 77 mAh battery providing up to 20 days of standby. It is perfect for the users who want their watch solely for the purpose of training and tracking their run and walks. The major downside to it being the absence of the heart rate sensor but it covers up well with the addition of features like measuring step length, cadence, ground contact time, foot strike pattern, landing impact, eversion, excursion and swing angle, which provides more accurate and precise running data.
The standard Band 4 comes in 3 colours, blue, black and pink, priced at Rs 2599, whereas the Band 4 running edition comes in 6 colours, black, blue, red, yellow, green and pink and is priced at Rs 3290 on Amazon.
