The hype of the Samsung Galaxy Fold has finally settled after the fiasco around its durability. It is no secret that Motorola was also at work for their own try at a folding smartphone, the Motorola Razr.
This folding smartphone is a perfect blend of nostalgia and technology. It’s basically a flip phone, except it’s all-screen on one side. Also, it takes a lot of inspiration from the original Razr V3 2004.
It will be coming with a small secondary display which will come in handy for various Moto Actions. The phone will have only a single camera which will be used for selfies as well. For the selfies, unfortunately, we’ll have to use the smaller secondary display.
It is expected to run Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box and will rock a Snapdragon 710 processor with a 2,730 mAh battery. Good news is, it’ll have a 27W Turbo charger included in the box. Moreover, As per the memory is concerned, it will be available in either 4GB + 64GB configuration or 6GB + 128GB configuration.
A set of renders have been leaked which actually seem to be the original press banners as judged by their finish.
The box contents are also clearly shown. It seems that the box will include a pair of earphones, a dock and a USB-C to headphone jack adapter.
The Motorola Razr 2019 looks stellar and we hope that it turns out as stellar as it looks and has none of the issues of the Galaxy Fold. Will it live up to expectations? We’ll have to see.
