Oppo’s upcoming phone, Reno, is about to be launched in the Chinese market. And now, the good thing is that reservations for the smartphone are now open on Oppo’s website in China. The phone is said to feature the company’s first ever 10x optical zoom technology. There’s no confirmation of that, however, if you check out the website providing phone’s information.
Talking about Reno, the smartphone itself, then it may come with a Snapdragon 710 or 855 chipset. No confirmation has been provided from the company regarding its processor. Being a high-end device though, speculations are hinting towards a flagship chip.
Optics on the phone will surely include a dual-rear camera setup, with a 48MP primary sensor. Apart from that, it’s also going to have a large battery of 4,800mAh capacity. But, there’s a twist here. Since there will be multiple variants of Reno, so the battery sizes will also vary. For fast charging, there will be Oppo’s VOOC 3.0 charging standard.
Three colour options will be available, in China, for the Reno. The Extreme Night Black, Mist Powder, and Fog Sea Green variants will be having 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, the Fog Sea Green version also comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal capacity.
As per Oppo’s Chinese website, the Reno will be launched on April 10 in Shanghai.
