Warning – Avengers: Infinity War spoilers ahead. If you have not watched it yet, proceed at your own peril!
The second-to-last instalment to the long continuing Avengers series by Marvel Studios, Avengers: Infinity War, came out last year, and soon grew to be one of the highest grossing movies of all time. The Avengers took a final stand against Thanos, but he still managed to kill half the population of the planet with a snap of his mighty, blinged-out fingers to rebalance the world. The consequences of this rebalancing by Thanos and the fate of those who were vaporised by it were not known until the release of Avengers: End Game this year. Following this, Marvel fans started asking one very important question – “Did Thanos kill me?”
Consequently, came the simple website, on the very appropriate link http://www.didthanoskill.me/. As soon as you open the link, you are given one of the following two straightforward answers:
- You were spared by Thanos.
- You were slain by Thanos, for the good of the Universe.
Either you were slaughtered by Thanos, or you were lucky enough to be spared. You cannot try to cheat fate by reloading the browser or opening the website in a different tab – the answer always remains the same.
However, if you are still keen on getting a different answer, you can clear your browser cache or use a different browser – for example, if you found your initial answer on Firefox, try opening the link on Google Chrome and see if you can get a different answer.
