Chinese brand Huawei revealed it’s new phone from the Y series, the Huawei Y5 Lite Android Go version. This is the second phone from the company with the Go version of the OS.
The phone has an aspect ratio of 18:9, with a screen size of 5.45 inches. The pixel density is 295 ppi while the HD+ display comes with a resolution of 1440×720 pixels.
- The phone comes with a 1 GB RAM and 16 GB storage, expandable upto 256 GB through SD Card. It is powered by the quad core MediaTek MT6739 SoC. The phone is supported on the Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition). The phone is backed with a 3,020 mAh battery.
The rear camera of the phone is 8MP f/2.0 PDAF camera with an LED flash and a 5MP f/2.2 fixed-focus front camera. The phone is available in Black and Blue colour options.
The phone, that is the second Go powered model after the Y3 that was released in May, 2018, was formally released in Pakistan for PKR 16,500 (Roughly Rs 8,300). The brand has not yet commented upon the release of the phone in India but it is likely to appear in the markets of India and Indonesia. Details about the global launch are still unclear.
