Lenovo has rolled the new model of it’s Z-series, the Lenovo Z5s into the market in China on Tuesday. It’s up for preorders for the time being, the launch likely to be scheduled in 2019.
The most attractive features of the smartphone includes the teardrop notch display, sporting a 6.3-inch display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The Z5s is provided with a 2.2Ghz octa-core Snapdragon710 AIE Turbo chipset to provide a great gaming experience, keeping the phone from heating up even after hours of extensive gaming. The phone is available for three storage options:
- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage at CNY 1398 (Rs. 14,430 approx)
- 6GB RAM + 64GB storage at CNY 1598 (Rs. 16,500 approx)
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage at CNY 1898 (Rs. 19,500 approx)
The phone will be available in three colours: Honey Orange, Starry Black and Titanium Crystal Blue. The smartphone also has triple rear camera setup along with 16MP primary sensor and 8MP secondary sensor with 2x optical zoom. It also has a third 5MP sensor with an AI-powered processor and a 16MP front-facing camera.
The phone is packed with a 3,300 mAh battery with support for fast charging. It runs on ZUI 10.0 which is based on Android 9 Pie.
The attractive price range is sure to take down the markets of phones like Xiaomi Mi 8 SE (Priced roughly at 18,000), Nokia 8.1 (Rs. 26,999), Vivo Nex A (Rs. 44,990) and Oppo R17 Pro (Rs. 43,890) as they offer the same Snapdragon 710 SoC but at higher prices.
