And finally, the good news is out, Xiaomi has announced a price drop on its most wanted phones, Mi A2 and Redmi Note 6 Pro!
Xiaomi has always faced intense competition with other smartphone brands like Realme and Samsung. So the smartphone giant has finally come up with an idea to announce price drops on its old gen phones. Just recently, Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi A2
Having released just last year, the smartphones are now available at their cheapest price in India. The Mi A2 is the only smartphone by Xiaomi having Android One.
The smartphone sports a Full HD+ 18:9 display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 inside. The device is accompanied by dual 20MP rear cameras and a single 20MP front camera.
The first price cut announced by the company was for Mi A2’s 4GB variant which was earlier this year. The price cut was of Rs. 4,500 which brought down the price to Rs. 13,999. The second price cut decreased the price of the smartphone to Rs. 11,999.
Redmi Note 6 Pro
Talking about the Redmi Note 6 Pro, the smartphone has received a price drop of Rs. 2000. The smartphone is now available for the price of Rs. 11,999 at both online and offline stores. The Redmi Note 6 Pro looks more modern with the notch display and dual cameras for both front and rear parts.
However, the smartphone comes with a Snapdragon 636 and sports an MIUI version injected with ads.
Both the Xiaomi devices, Mi A2 and Redmi Note 6 Pro, come with metal bodies that are unlike the current trend of glossy bodies. As compared to the all-new Redmi Note 7 Pro, the new smartphone gives a slightly better value.
