Samsung A9 Pro, which was released as the Samsung A8s in China last month, was launched in Korea. This is Samsung’s first Infinity Display phone.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) has a 6.4-inch display with a full-HD+ screen and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It has an in-display camera of 2340×1080 resolution. The phone sports a triple rear camera setup of 24 megapixels with a f/1.7 aperture. Alongside, it also has a 10-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture and 5-megapixel with f/2.2 depth camera. The front camera is a 24 megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture that is placed in a display hole
The Samsung A9 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 SoC (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) with Adreno 616 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which is expandable up to 512GB. It runs on the Android 8.1 (Oreo).
The phone is supported on a 3,400mAh battery with adaptive fast charging. It has has a USB Type-C port. It also has a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) comes in Blue, Gray and Green variants and retails for 599,500 Korean Won (Rs 38,000 approx). It goes on floors for sale in Korea from the 28th February.
