Samsung Notes app has always been the best option for S Pen fans apart from many other robust note-taking apps in the market.
The app utilizes the capabilities of Samsung’s stylus better than any other offering in the market.
Samsung’s note-taking app is even more capable in the latest app update to version 3.0.05.13 by bringing Shared Notebooks feature. As the name suggests, this new option allows Galaxy users to create shared notebooks in the Samsung Notes app.
The process is simple and requires users to enable Samsung Social features which can be done by clicking on the Shared Notebooks option in the app.
Many of the popular note-taking apps in the market already provide similar or better collaboration features. Still, this update is worthy and makes Samsung’s first-party offering a good option for many Galaxy users.
The fact that the app is entirely free adds to its plus points. It is not yet clear which devices and/or OS versions are receiving the update.
In our case, the update is available for the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S10 through the Google Play Store and Galaxy Store, but nothing so far for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.
